Winter is here!

The skies are gray, the cold winds are blowing, and here at the Co-Op we're hunkering in for a cozy holiday season. You gotta love this austere but beautiful time of year!

We kicked off the holiday season with our annual Thanksgiving order from Misty Knoll–we sold 60 whole turkeys this year!

Look at all those turkeys! Board president for scale.

And as we dive into the most wonderful time of the year, we've got all your holiday needs on our mind. The Co-Op is well-stocked with seasonal spices, all the teas (for your immunity and cozy needs), and winter citrus. We also have an assortment of holiday cards and gifts for everyone on your shopping list--like these felt friends!

Cute, right? Come snag one before they're all gone!

Apart from holiday prep, we've been busy getting ready for 2025. We will be raising membership dues to $20 annually starting in January; this was not an easy decision for us to make, but we are doing this to offset the Co-Op's increasing operating costs.

In the new year we will also be welcoming a new General Manager! Applications are live now, and the deadline is January 10. We wish all applicants the best of luck in this process!

"There's the slightly intoxicating feeling that accompanies the largest blizzards — the realization that there's a chance, increasing by every second, that you are about to be trapped by beauty."

--Rick Bass, Winter: Notes from Montana

However you celebrate whatever you do, the Co-Op wishes you a happy holiday--and we look forward to seeing you here in the new year!

With love,

Aleah TK and Natalie CS (co-interim general managers)

and the rest of the Co-Op team
